QEIA Professional Development Tracking System
Welcome. This system is open to administrators at QEIA-funded schools only—at least for now. This web-based application has a dual purpose: (1) to make tracking professional development at your school quick and efficient and (2) to make tracking your status in meeting QEIA professional development assurances immediate and dynamic. Here you can:
- Build and maintain your staff roster
- Create and change staff positions and assignments
- Customize your own training types for reporting
- Assign credit for trainings by individual or groups
- View training history and summary reports
- View status toward meeting QEIA assurances
How It Works
We've made it as easy and yet as accurate as possible, but we'd appreciate receiving your suggestions. Here are the basic steps:
- Create an account in our Client Account Manager (CAM)—if you don't already have one.
- From your CAM Start page, identify yourself as the QEIA certifier for your school.
- From your CAM Start page, choose the QEIA professional development tracking link and you're in business.
Once you're in the QEIA Professional Development Tracking area, you'll be guided through all the steps:
- Entering your staff roster (contact us about submitting a data file instead).
- Enter any training types that you want to track locally (optional).
- Enter training hours for any individual or any group from your roster.
Use the reports links on the QEIA Start page to view reports of anything you've entered, including summary reports of your progress toward meeting QEIA assurances.

- Anyone who wants to view QEIA professional development data
- This page will have a link to view the professional development data for any QEIA school, once that functionality is added to the system.

- The links below let you see an overview of a district's or school's QEIA professional development status.
- District Summary: Summary status of all schools in a district.
