Participant Eligibility

Professional Development Coach Institutes are available to coaches, content-experts, coach coordinators, and administrators from districts that have a contractual agreement with an authorized provider. Click here to register.

What types of trainings are offered?

Coach Sessions

There are four 5-day sessions offered that focus on current research on reading instruction, strategies for effective coaching, and in-depth study of the district-adopted language arts curriculum (Houghton Mifflin Reading / Houghton Mifflin Lectura, Open Court Reading 2000 and Open Court Reading 2002 / Foro abierto para la lectura).

All sessions are offered at regional locations in California at the cost of $1,000 per participant per session.
