Registration Questions
How do I know I am registered? Will I receive a confirmation letter?
At the end of your successful online registration, you (or the district representative, if registration is handled at a central location) will see a registration confirmation page that gives you your registration confirmation number. This page summarizes your registration information and provides you with specific directions about your chosen Institute. Please record your registration confirmation number for future reference, print and bring this page to the Institute. If another individual is registering for you, make sure that the registrar prints and sends you this confirmation/proof of registration page. You will not receive a confirmation letter.
How can I change my Institute registration?
If you need to change your Institute date, location, program, level, grade sign into your account and cancel your current registration, then register for the appropriate event.
How can I cancel my registration?
You may cancel your registration by signing into your account and selecting the cancel registration link.
I cannot find my registration confirmation. What should I do?
Sign into your account and select find registration confirmation. You will be able to view and print your confirmation form.
Make-Up Questions
If I cannot attend day one of the Institute, will my spot be held?
If you pre-register for an event and you are not present on day one your spot will be given away, if others are waiting for that course. Only if space permits will you be accepted into the course on day two. We recommend that you register for an event in which you can attend all five days, especially day one. If you must be absent you may be able to makeup that day at a future Institute. To be fully attended, you must attend all five days (40 hours).
How do I makeup days that I missed at an Institute?
You must register online for a makeup session. Sign into your account and from the "start" page select "Makeup Event Registration". When you return to makeup, please go to the information desk 30 minutes before the start of the institute or session and you will be placed in the appropriate room.
Logistics Questions
Do I need to bring anything to the Institute?
Please bring your confirmation form and all materials listed on your confirmation form.
Will lunch be provided or should we bring/buy our own? If lunch is being provided, what kinds of choices are available (e.g., vegetarian)?
Please check your confirmation form for lunch details. For special medical dietary needs, please see the Institute Coordinator on the first day of the Institute.
I use a wheelchair. Are all facilities accessible?
All Institute locations are accessible. If you have special needs please contact your provider with your name, registration number and specific questions.
What if I have specials needs?
If you are visually, hearing or physically impaired and need special accommodations, please contact your provider.
Other Questions
Are Coach Sessions sequential?
Yes. It is recommended that Session I be a prerequisite to Session II followed by Session III then Session IV.
